Founded by Daniel Liang in 2000, Zhejiang Kaihua Moulds Co., Ltd is a key Chiness Large-size injection moulding enterprise, a national high-tech enterprise, as well as one of the strongest plastic injection moulding suppliers in the world.

By insisting on management strategy of“Honesty and integrity, Trust and respect the individual, continuous innovation, attach importance to performance, pursing excellent and pay attention to attitude and details” and strictly control“Quality ,Time, Cost, Service”, over almost two decades, we can be able to provide plastic moulding solution covering product design, mould production, testing and production, painting and assembly etc.

 

We have now two production bases at Sanmen/Huangyan town and successfully set up offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Germany, Portugal, Canada, Brazil, Japan and India.

With an annual mould production capacity between 1600 sets, more than 550 employees, and covering an area of 45,000 square meters, the Huangyan base is divided into four different divisions which include logistic division, medical division, automotive division, household division and home appliance division.

With an annual mould production capacity between 800 sets, more than 450 employees., and covering an area of 36,000 square meters, the Sanmen base has specialized in manufacturing automotive moulds for exterior system, interior system and cooling system.

In 2000, Zhejiang Kaihua Mould Co., Ltd. was established in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, and Taizhou Kaihua Automobile Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 2011. After more than ten years of forge ahead, Kaihua has a hummingbird team that has been tempered and dared to work hard, an innovation mechanism and system accumulated over the years, a continuous increase in talent reserve, and a rapidly developing independent innovation technology. Kaihua is currently the undertaking unit of the industrial strengthening foundation project of the MIIT, China's key mold export enterprises, China's large-scale injection mold key enterprises, China's auto parts plastic mold key backbone enterprises. This is an achievement that all employees of Kaihua are proud of, and it is also the result of all our joint efforts.
